The extension features matching brickwork and Rosemary clay roof tiles, carefully chosen to complement the home’s original character. The result is a build that feels entirely cohesive — from brick bond and mortar colour to fascia profiles and roof pitch alignment.

Internally, the new space provides room for flexible family living, with high thermal performance, modern insulation, and new fenestration bringing in light and warmth. Every element was executed with precision, delivering a structure that looks original yet performs to modern standards.
