This project involved the complete re-roofing of a large residential property, replacing ageing fibre cement slates with premium natural Spanish slate.

Working with care and precision, the Signature Living team stripped the existing coverings back to structure, installed a new breathable felt and treated battens, and laid the natural slate using traditional fixing techniques.

Attention to detail extended to the leadwork, ridge detailing, and UPVC fascia restoration, ensuring a watertight and visually refined finish that will stand the test of time.
